Volunteer teams
There are a lot of volunteer teams at Harvest that keep so many things happening and growing. We're so grateful for the many people who serve on a regular basis.

The church has a very 'have-a-go' approach to leading in our meetings, speaking, having ideas and hosting initiatives, so you'll meet lots of people doing this from across the church community, and you can speak to Steve Foreman to find out more about being involved in this way.
Senior Pastors and Leadership Teams
Leadership within the church functions in four main spheres that meet regularly in groups with the goal of supporting and serving the church community and shared vision.
Our Senior Pastors are Clive and Sally Harding, who moved to Newcastle in 1998 with their family, to pastor this church. They share a passion for training and developing people into leaders themselves. Clive and Sally work together to equip the wider 'Primary 12' leadership team on a regular basis, helping them lead their own small teams and groups of church members.
Within the Primary 12 team, there is a Core decision making team that also meet with Clive and Sally to help discern and direct the vision of the church. This is made up of Doug & Lily Graham, Andy & Alison Bowie, and Andy & Antonia Charlton.
Staff members
Fung Ying and Charis help to support the finance, admin and media parts of the church life. They spend a day each week working in the Harvest church building helping out with the various groups meeting.
During the rest of the week, Fung Ying works for the Christian Institute and Charis works as a freelance designer.
They're always happy to try and help you or find someone else in our church that can!
