The youth at Harvest Church meet up in different ways in different seasons, including freshers welcome lunches, social trips, hangouts as well as all the opportunities in church life and city groups. The aim is to have plenty of opportunities for each young person to grow in friendships, serving, leading and inviting in creative and accessible ways.
There is also a youth meeting that happens on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month, with fun, a message, and opportunity for discussion in smaller groups - check out our Meetings & Events page for details.

Desert Rats is a year long training course for young leaders in the church. It was first run by Pastors Clive and Sally in the 90's and whilst it's evolved since then, the core elements stay consistent!
Desert Rats combines theological learning with real-life opportunities to practice the gifts of the Spirit and the skills of leadership. It also involves some outdoor adventure to learn problem solving, practical leadership, and how to work together as a team!
